| Our Philosophy and Who We Are | ||||
Here in the lush green mountains, overlooking the farming valley of Walterville, Oregon, we at Double "D" Bulldogs believe strongly that, as responsible breeders, it is our duty to do everything possible to improve the breed as best we can. Anything below that noble calling, would be an insult to this admirable breed. We hope to produce Bulldogs with excellent personalities, health, and conformation to be proudly presented in the dog show ring and as family companions. As responsible companion animal stewards, we feel we have the right to live with our animals in peace, as long as they are cared for in a responsible, loving and reputable manner. We stand firmly against any group or organization who is against humans and companion animals living happily together in peace. We may be one of the most 'politically incorrect' hobby breeders around! We will not submit to the personal political agendas of other breeders, show homes, clubs, rescue networks or any person(s) who waste our time gossiping and spreading fictitious stories and exaggerations, rather than truly living up to the standards they 'claim' to supposedly believe in. We go the extra distance to practice what we preach!

Don't forget to let the firefighters know that you have companion animals as part of your family! You can purchase stickers to put on your doors and windows to let emergency personnel know you have companion animals in your home that are an important part of your family. It is also important to put stickers on the windows of your children's room(s). Some fire stations sell these stickers to raise funds, check with your local fire station.
