Can you help with our research project?

We are doing Bulldog genetic pedigree research at this time and if you have (or had) a bulldog, we can use your help.  Would you be willing to E-mail us a picture and the pedigree of your Bulldog?   Thank you, we appreciate the help.

We do not have any Bulldogs available at this time.

Please read the following information BEFORE you inquire about a Bulldog from us, as we get 100's of inquiries each week and cannot answer all requests.  When inquiring about puppies from us, please take the time to include the following (mandatory) information with your inquiry or you may not be replied to, due to our lack of time.  heart.gif (4940 bytes) = Those who catch our attention first.

heart.gif (4940 bytes) Please never treat your Bulldog as if they were human.  They deserve more respect than that!  It is a given that your Bulldog should never be neglected, but please don't spoil or over indulge your Bulldog either.  They need to be a useful part of your family and community to be truly happy. heart.gif (4940 bytes)

heart.gif (4940 bytes)  Just as a beginning, take the time to...

heart.gif (4940 bytes)  ... teach obedience, even if only the basics (obedience titles are fun to earn too).
heart.gif (4940 bytes)  ... properly socialize your Bulldog around all ages and situations.
heart.gif (4940 bytes)  ... crate train (this will be helpful for the life of your Bulldog, even if not shown).
heart.gif (4940 bytes)  ... teach them to be Visitation Therapists.  A great community service activity for the whole family.
heart.gif (4940 bytes)  ... teach them a simple task (job) beyond basic obedience, that fits your family needs.
heart.gif (4940 bytes)  ... prevent boredom in your Bulldog or a feeling of being useless.

heart.gif (4940 bytes)  Remember, training is synonymous with loving!  heart.gif (4940 bytes)

We offer Stud Service to approved AKC registered Bulldog Bitches.

Canine registries in the USA, other than AKC will not be approved. Other countries registries must be accepted by reputable Bulldog breeders of that country.

All non rescued dogs and/or puppies sold, by Double "D" Bulldogs come with an Oregon State Health Certificate and an AKC Registration or application for registration.  All pet quality puppies or puppies that will not be shown, will come with a neuter contract and a Limited AKC Registration or application for limited registration.  Our prices range depending on show potential and age.

The ONLY Bulldogs I sell with full registrations for possible breeding are those that will be shown in AKC approved shows and International Shows. The majority of reputable breeders that I personally respect also share these same guidelines when selling puppies. We believe the only reason for breeding is to improve the breed and in doing so, show or have shown what we breed.  Any pet pups are NEVER to be bred.

We give all of our Bulldogs NuVet supplements for safeguarding a strong immune system and to help increase your pet's longevity and quality of life.  We encourage anyone who gets a Bulldog from us, to continue the NuVet supplements, as it is important to maintain overall good health.  For those wanting the best for their dog or cat (of any breed), NuVet supplements are what you need.

You can order the NuVet supplements with a 45% discount from what most veterinarians charge, by calling them directly at 1-800-474-7044 and using the order code of 83198.

Rescued dogs ready for adoption cannot be provided with any health certifications, or registration papers, as we have had no control over their breeding, past environments or diets, etc.   See more information for Rescued Bulldogs at the Bulldog Rescue Railroad.

I receive an average of 50 to 60 letters or more each day, and so far I've been able to answer most of them, but it's getting harder. After all, as a Bulldog, and I need my 15 hours each day of beauty sleep! If you have a Bulldog care question, please take a look at the Cyber-Bulldog Coalition pages.
