Preliminary Adoption Proposal Form
Before you fill out this Preliminary Post Click Here and read this important information first.
If you are interested in giving a permanent home to one of our rescued Bulldogs, please add your name and information to the BRRR pre-adoption proposal posts. We will only hold these adoption forms that are accepted for six (6) months, due to the enormous amount of forms we get each week.  At that point, if you have not adopted a bulldog, we invite you to send another post.   

Below is the example for the pre-adoption proposal post.  Copy and paste onto a fresh post, using the link for emailing our team, then fill out the needed information.  Please answer all questions.  Mandatory sections not filled out completely, will be deleted without follow-up.

Please do not use all capital letters to answer these questions.  It is too difficult to read.  Just type normally with upper and lower case letters.

Please understand, that we need to verify E-mail addresses regularly to keep files active. Should any E-mail bounce back to us, we will delete adoption post without further contact.  It is up to you to keep us updated of changes.  Please list which state you are in when sending us updates, as we file forms by state.  Due to the many bounced posts and virus infected systems we get when verifying adoption posts, mainly from the 'free' E-mail addresses, please use your primary E-mail address. If you wish to share your 'free' E-mail address as a secondary address, that will be welcomed.   We will not accept the 'free' addresses, from Hotmail, Yahoo, Excite,  Netscape, etc.  as an only E-mail address.  Some sections of this example post MUST be filled out.

We are unable to accept applications from countries other than the US and Canada at this time.  For those wanting to apply for Bulldog rescue in the UK,  contact Tania directly.  We do not have Bulldog Rescue contacts in Mexico, Indonesia, the Philippines or any other country at this time.
